Post subject: Alki's famous Venison Dip (new and improved)!
1 lb. ground Venison (can be substituted with Ground Beef )
1/2 lb. block of Velveeta cheese
1 jar of Gordo's Queso dip (found at any Wal-Mart in the Deli section)
1 packet Chili Powder
1 clove garlic
1 chopped onion
1 Jar Salsa (your choice)
1-5 bags of Tostitos Scoops (Fritos Scoops works too)
Cook the burger until it's done then mix everything else in. Mix until cheese is fully melted.
Keep over warm heat.
Great for football season!
